Watch: Tween TV Dance Contestant Pukes on Paula Abdul

So you think you can wretch?
Eighties pop phenom and former "American Idol" judge Paula Abdul got more than she bargained for Monday night when an excited 12-year-old vomited on her on national TV.
The televised regurgitation took place on "So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation," after young Chi Tahani blew the judges away with her dance routine to Beyonce's "Countdown." When Abdul, who is a judge on the competition show, went to give Tahani a congratulatory hug, more came out of the youngster than "thank you."
After hugging judge Nigel Lythgoe, Tahani went to embrace Abdul and threw up all over the "Straight Up" singer.
"I hugged Nigel, and I hugged Paula," she told host Cat Deeley. "And she just squeezed me too tight. And all the happiness came out on her jacket."
Just a little bit got an Abdul, who remarked, "I've never had anyone vomit on me like that."
